SUPER NANNY K9 ACADEMY is based in the beautiful tarragona area of Catalunia. We are a professional company specializing in the training and rehabilitation of dogs. We can do residential obedience courses and training at your own property or we can have your dog stay at our base in Catalunia for more intensive training . Because of our experience working with dogs with high drives we can help you to bring some of these drives out and then use them to train your family pet. We expect all the dogs we train to be obedient loyal companions that you can actually enjoy living with. We have a very high success rate dealing with dogs that are very dominant through to being very nervous and we have several veterinary practices that recommend us for there clients with problem dogs.

We train all our dogs from puppies so by the time they are ready to go to there new homes they are fully trained and problem free. Our dogs come from all over europe from top working lines with both parents working either in the services or competing in mundo ring, shutzhund, french ring . We will not by our puppies from breeders that do not X-ray there dogs before breeding. (please see our Articles page on breeders in spain to see why) We also retrain and rehabilitate dogs that have been abused or abandoned and our many years of experience means that we can give these dogs a second chance no matter what various aspects of training they require or behavioral problems that they may have.

At supper nanny k9 academy we also offer a service of training general obedience and sorting out behavioral problems. We like to do this training at the dogs own house as quite often when dogs come and stay with us they don't exhibit the same the same problems as they do at home. Also we want to show the owner of the dog how to train their own dog. Its no good us training the dog and then the owners not knowing how to use the training or further the dogs education. We like to train dogs using dog psychology and training as a mixture and how much of each really depends on the dog and the problems. We want all the dogs that we train to be happy dogs. The happier and and more cooperative a dog is when being trained the easier it is.
